Individual experiences, interpretations and results may vary. Ohmora does not guarantee any particular emotional, spiritual, psychological, mental or personal outcome.

If you are experiencing serious mental, emotional, psychological or medical concerns, we recommend seeking appropriate support from a qualified doctor, psychologist, therapist or other healthcare professional.

6. Free and Premium Features

Ohmora may offer both free features and paid premium features.

Premium access may include additional content, reflections, challenges, flows, exercises, tools, extensions or future features.

The exact features included in a subscription, together with the applicable price and subscription period, will be displayed in the app or through the relevant App Store or Google Play purchase screen before you complete your purchase.

Features included within a subscription may evolve over time as Ohmora develops.

7. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions may automatically renew unless you cancel them before the applicable renewal date.

When a subscription automatically renews, the applicable subscription fee will be charged according to the billing period you selected, such as monthly or annually.

You can manage or cancel your subscription through the platform where you purchased it, including:

  • Apple App Store subscription settings;
  • Google Play subscription settings.

Deleting the Ohmora app from your device does not cancel an active subscription.

Deleting your Ohmora account also does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

You remain responsible for cancelling your subscription through the relevant app store or payment platform.

8. Free Trial

Ohmora may offer a free trial period for certain subscriptions.

The duration and conditions of the free trial will be displayed before you confirm your subscription.

If you do not cancel your subscription before the end of the free trial, it may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the price and billing frequency shown when you started the trial.

Apple and Google may apply their own rules and deadlines regarding trial cancellations. You are responsible for checking the subscription information displayed in your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

9. Payments

Payments for subscriptions and other purchases may be processed through:

  • Apple App Store;
  • Google Play;
  • another authorised payment provider used by Ohmora.

Ohmora does not directly process or store your full payment card or banking details when purchases are handled by these third-party platforms.

Apple, Google or the relevant payment provider is responsible for processing your payment in accordance with its own terms and privacy practices.

Prices may vary depending on factors such as your country, currency, platform, applicable taxes or app store settings.

10. Refunds

Refund requests relating to purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play are generally handled directly by Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies and procedures.

You may contact us at info@ohmora.be if you have questions relating to a purchase, but we may not be able to directly issue refunds for transactions processed by an external app store or payment provider.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
