Delete Account

Delete account and data

Ohmora users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

In the app, this can be done through:
Profile > Settings > Delete account

If you no longer have access to the app, please send a request to:
info@ohmora.be

Use the subject:
Delete Ohmora account

Please include the email address you used to register in the app. We may ask for additional verification to prevent someone else from requesting deletion of your account.

After verification, we will delete your account data and personal app data, such as profile data, favourites, reflections, check-ins and saved progress, unless certain data must be retained for legal reasons.

Please note: deleting your Ohmora account does not cancel an active subscription through Google Play or the Apple App Store. You must manage or cancel your subscription separately through your Google Play or Apple account.

 

 

Delete specific data without deleting your account

If you would like to delete only certain personal data without deleting your full Ohmora account, you can send a request to:

info@ohmora.be

Please use the subject:
Delete Ohmora data

Include the email address linked to your Ohmora account and clearly describe which data you would like us to delete, such as favourites, reflections, check-ins, journal entries or saved progress.

We may ask for additional verification to protect your account and prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
